María Del Carmen Colón Mercado

Is a Project Specialist with experience supporting project coordination, financial operations, regulatory documentation, and administrative processes. At Quantum Consulting Group, she provides operational support for multiple projects, maintains organized records, assists with schedules and deliverables, and helps ensure that administrative workflows remain accurate, efficient, and aligned with project deadlines.

Her responsibilities include accounts payable and receivable, payroll support, invoicing, billing, account reconciliation, financial reporting, document control, contract and permit tracking, and project data management. She is experienced in working across departments and supporting compliance-driven projects in fast-paced environments.

María holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Her professional training includes environmental compliance, stormwater and erosion inspection, FEMA Environmental and Historic Preservation requirements, OSHA safety, Smartsheet, cybersecurity, ArcGIS Online, cartography, and spatial analysis. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
