Patricia D. Cruz Muñiz

Is an Environmental Planner and GIS Analyst with experience in NEPA environmental reviews, land-use planning, environmental compliance, geographic information systems, and sustainable community development. At Quantum Consulting Group, she prepares Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments, technical reports, and supporting documentation for infrastructure and development projects.

Her work includes coordinating with federal, state, and local agencies; supporting environmental permitting and regulatory clearances; conducting site assessments; and evaluating potential impacts on wetlands, historic properties, and protected species. She also reviews environmental documentation for regulatory accuracy, consistency, and compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, and National Historic Preservation Act.

Patricia has experience with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Field Maps, Survey123, StoryMaps, Drone2Map, remote sensing, spatial data management, cartography, and geospatial visualization. She holds a Master of Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
